Article 1: We, the undersigned, are not, in fact, insane. We are merely "laterally thinking." A difference without a distinction, some might say.
Article 2: Our use of the phrase "laterally thinking" shall henceforth be considered a legitimate excuse for any perceived lack of productivity or coherence in our output.
Article 3: Any attempts to challenge our thinking patterns shall be considered an act of intellectual aggression.
