Phase 1: Prepare for Liftoff

1. Send out a memo to all employees, warning them of the impending doom of Meeting 42
2. Muster the necessary equipment, including but not limited to: equipment-list
3. Conduct a series of rigorous, soul-crushing team-building exercises to ensure everyone is ready for the impending apocalypse

Phase 2: Blast Off (or not)

1. Set the launch date and time: 3:14 AM on a random Tuesday
2. Coordinate with the catering team to ensure an adequate supply of snacks and coffee
3. Prepare for the unexpected, as Meeting 42 is notoriously unpredictable
