Agenda Item 2: The Great Meritocracy Reckoning

Motions:
- Abolish all merit-based promotions and replace with a lottery system
- Introduce a "Merit Points" system, where each point is earned by completing menial tasks
- Establish a Meritocracy Council to oversee the system and make sure nobody gets too many Merit Points
