Attendance Policy
MEETINGS 2023 has a strict policy of requiring attendees to be physically present in the meeting space.
We understand that sometimes you might have to attend to other important things, but let's be real, it's not that important.
However, we also understand that sometimes you might have to attend to a different meeting, or be attending to a different meeting at the same time. In this case, please make sure to send a proxy, preferably with a clear understanding of the meeting's agenda and the ability to make decisions for you.
If you're unable to attend, please send a valid reason for your absence, and we'll make sure to add it to the meeting minutes for future reference.
Failure to follow this policy will result in:
1. Loss of access to meeting snacks
2. Exclusion from meeting planning committee
3. Possible summoning of the meeting overlords for reeducation
Don't say we didn't warn you.
