Article 1: The Spill Protocol

Article 1, Section 1: In the unlikely event of a spill, the following procedure shall be followed.

1.1. Call the Spill Emergency Number: 1-800-SPILL-MEET, or download our SpillApp for assistance.

Article 2: Spill Classification

2.1. Minor Spill: Any spill of < 5 mL of liquid.

2.2. Major Spill: Any spill of 5 mL or greater.

2.3. Catastrophic Spill: Any spill of an undeterminable quantity.

Article 3: Spill Response

3.1. Minor Spill Response: Call a janitor, clean up the spill, and file a report with the Spill Reporting Department.

3.2. Major Spill Response: Activate the Spill Response Team, evacuate the area, and follow the Emergency Procedure.

3.3. Catastrophic Spill Response: Abandon all hope, and prepare for the worst.
