Section 3.4: Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event that the coffee machine, a vital cog in our productivity, breaks down, the following procedures will apply:

1. Notify the IT department via the Emergency Contact form.
2. Take a 10-minute break to collect your thoughts and possibly plot your escape from the meeting.
3. Engage in a spirited debate with your colleagues about the relative merits of instant coffee versus tea.
4. DO NOT under any circumstances attempt to fix the machine yourself. We have experts for that.
