Meetings: The never-ending cycle of human existence. You will never escape.

As per company policy, any side conversations during meetings will incur a penalty of 5 extra points on your performance review. Yes, you heard that right. 5 points. That's a lot of free vacation days you'll be losing.

Side Conversations are defined as:

Talking to a colleague while not actively contributing to the meeting.
Laughing at a joke that isn't funny.
Taking a call during a meeting without asking first.

Don't be that person.
