John's Competence Levels

The Ultramarine Scale

• Ultramarine: The highest level, reserved for the most competent
• Terracotta: For those who are almost as good as ultramarine
• Azure: For the moderately competent
• Brick: The default level, where most of us reside
• Charcoal: For those who are slightly below brick
• Lead: The lowest level, for those who are, well, leading in incompetence

John's Competence Levels - A Brief Explanation

Ultramarine: You're basically a superhero, John. You can do everything perfectly.

Terracotta: You're good, but not that great. You can get by, but only just.

Azure: You're average. You can handle most tasks without too many issues.

Brick: This is where you live now. You're not terrible, but you're no hero.

Charcoal: You're slightly less competent, but still holding on.

Lead: You're, well, not great. Don't worry, we all have our uses.
