THE TYRANT'S RESOLUTION

Pursuant to the 47th Meeting of the Tyrants' Council

WHEREAS, the tyrants of the land have convened to discuss the pressing matters of the realm; WHEREAS, the tyrants have deemed it necessary to issue a formal declaration of intent;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following shall be the new policy of the tyrants:

• Article 1: All meetings shall be held at the crack of noon, lest the tyrants be forced to confront the harsh realities of daylight
• Article 2: All attendees shall swear an oath of fealty to the tyrants, lest they be cast into the darkest recesses of the dungeon
