Form 27-B-6: The Mandate of Mandates
By order of the Supreme Bureaucrat, it is decreed that all employees shall attend a mandatory meeting to discuss the merits of beige paint.
Section 1: The Mandate

Section 2: The Beige Paint Initiative
- Article 1: The color beige shall be the new standard for all office walls.
