Do not attempt to fix the machine yourself, you will only make things worse

Section 2: Advanced Response

If the CMRS is unresponsive, send a strongly-worded email to their CEO
Include a detailed description of the problem, including any error messages
Attach a copy of your paycheck stub, proof of your employment with the company
