Present: Everyone, except for Bob, who was stuck in traffic.

Agenda: "What could we have done differently?"

Discussion:

1. We should have eaten more pizza.
2. We shouldn't have trusted the intern.
3. We should have used a different project management tool.
4. We shouldn't have let Bob drive the meeting van.
5. We should have worn more sunscreen to protect ourselves from the existential dread of it all.

Next Steps:

1. Buy more pizza.
2. Fire the intern.
3. Migrate to a new project management tool, but not before we've fully implemented the old one (we're stuck with that too).
4. Have Bob drive the meeting van only to the nearest therapist.
5. Invest in SPF 1000 sunscreen.

Action Items:

• Order 1000 slices of pizza
• Draft termination letter to the intern
• Schedule meeting with new PM tool reps
• Send Bob to therapy
