Each employee will receive a score out of 10 for their performance. Anything above 8/10 will be considered a Rockstar.
Rockstars will receive free parking, a foosball table, and a 10% raise.
- 9/10: Solid work, not a Rockstar
- 8-8.9/10: Almost a Rockstar
- Below 8/10: Needs Improvement
