This brilliant idea involves constructing a 20-foot wall around the office to keep employees from leaving early.

• Increased productivity (due to employees being trapped in the office)
• Reduced break time (employees won't be able to sneak out for a coffee)
• No more excuses for not meeting deadlines (since employees won't be able to leave)

Key drawbacks:

• Initial construction costs will be high ( estimated $10,000)
• Future maintenance costs will be astronomical (estimated $1,000/month)
• Employees may attempt to tunnel under the wall
