Section 3: Appendix C: Tasting Scoring Guidelines
As per the official Pretzel Tasting Protocol, the following criteria shall be used to evaluate the majesty of each pretzel:
A pretzel with the perfect crunch is one that yields to the bite, but does not yield to the soul. A score of 3 or higher is recommended.
A twist that is both satisfying and uniform is a twist that is both pleasing and precise. A score of 2 or higher is required.
A flavor that is both bold and complex is a flavor that is both delightful and discerning. A score of 2 or higher is suggested.
For a total score of 10 or higher, the pretzel shall be declared a true champion of the Pretzel Tasting Protocol.
