Meeting Ethics

• Meetings are like sandcastles: build them big and make sure to invite everyone, just in case.
• It's not a meeting without a PowerPoint presentation.
• Never schedule meetings during work hours.
• If you have to ask, "Is this meeting still on?" then yes, it is.
• Meetings are a great opportunity to reiterate things you've already said.

Meeting Etiquette

• Avoid eye contact, it's too personal.
• Don't talk, just sit and nod.
• Tap your pen on the table to signal you're engaged.
• A meeting without a coffee machine is like a hug without a squeeze.
