Meeting 4: The Pointless Discussion

Today, we're discussing Point 6: "Is this meeting really necessary?"

We'll spend 30 minutes debating the merits of having a meeting to decide whether or not we should have had this meeting.

Subcommittee Report:

• Chairman, Bob: "I'm not sure, but it sounds good to me."
• VP, Jane: "Actually, it's a great idea! We can discuss our discussion."
• Member, Bob: "I don't see the point of this meeting. Can we just email it?"
• Chairman, Bob: "No, we must meet in person. It's a team-building exercise."
