The committee met in an emergency session to address the pressing issue of food scarcity. Members present: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and 3 other members who forgot to bring lunch.

Resolution:

1. That the committee hereby establishes a rationing system, where citizens are limited to 2 meals per day.
2. That the committee recommends the formation of an underground gardening society to supplement the food supply.
3. That the committee authorizes the use of force to obtain food from non-compliant citizens.

Motion passed 4-1, with one member abstaining due to a stomachache.

Next Steps:
