By Order of the Council of Bureaucrats, it has been decreed that all Mondays must conform to the following standards:
- Article 1: Pajama pants are not acceptable attire for any official function.
- Article 2: All Mondays shall begin with a 3-hour meeting to discuss last week's minutes.
- Article 3: Any Monday that does not result in at least 5 hours of paperwork will be considered a failure.
Revised: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the original mandates have been revised as follows:
- Article 4: All Fridays shall now be subject to the same rules as Mondays.
- Article 5: Pajama pants are still not acceptable, but now only on Tuesdays.
