MANDATE #4: THE REVISIONARY

A Decree for the Ages

This is a revision of the original Monday Mandate #4, revised to reflect the infinite wisdom of the Mandate Council.

WHEREAS the original mandate was flawed and riddled with inconsistencies, the Council has decreed the following revisions:

Section 2, Article 1 shall be rewritten to reflect a more... let's say, "flexible" interpretation of the words "Monday".
Section 5, Article 3 has been completely rewritten to include more... let's say, "optional" language.

These revisions shall be binding upon all citizens, effective immediately.

By order of the Mandate Council, MANDATE #5: THE CLARIFIER shall be issued forthwith, to further clarify these revisions.
