You are hereby required to attend a 3-hour meeting on Tuesdays to discuss the meaning of "Tuesday". Attendance is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in a -5% performance review.

Also, please fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate, using a No. 2 pencil, and submit it via certified mail to the Mandate Enforcement Agency. Failure to do so will result in a 4% penalty.
