THE GREAT DONUT HEIST

As per Article 2, Section 4 of the Donut Protocol, it is hereby declared that any attempt to steal a donut from the Donut Reserve shall be considered a felony of the highest order.

Offenders shall be subject to the harshest of punishments, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all donut privileges for a period of not less than 30 days.
• Fines ranging from 100 to 500 donut credits.
• Forced labor in the Donut Mines for a period of up to 6 months.
• Reassignment to the dreaded Donut-Processing Unit.

Donut thieves shall also be required to undergo reeducation and counseling to address their donut-addicted tendencies.
