Rule 3: Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbor's Pigeon
Article 3 of the Saint Sebastian Conclave's Code of Conduct. Any Saint found guilty of coveting their neighbor's pigeon shall be subject to the wrath of the Patron Saint himself.
Exceptions:
- If the pigeon is a rare breed, known for its exceptional flying abilities, thou shalt be granted a one-time exemption.
- If the pigeon is a gift from the Pope, thou shalt be granted a permanent exemption, provided thou hast not already received three gifts from the Pontiff.
Violations shall be reported to the Conclave's Pigeon Overlord. Penalties may include, but are not limited to:
- Excommunication from the Conclave
- Forfeiture of all possessions, including but not limited to: holy water, consecrated bread, and sacred socks
- Assignment to the Pigeon Farm, where thou shalt work for the duration of thy sentence
