Rule 9: The Conclave's Guide to Proper Hand-Wringing

In the interest of maintaining the highest level of sainthood, we must ensure that all hand-wringing within the conclave is done with the utmost care and flair.

Therefore, article 9 decrees that all hand-wringing must be done with a 3:2 ratio of wringing-to-twisting. Any deviation from this ratio shall be met with severe penalties, up to and including excommunication.
