Are you tired of feeling like you're stuck in a never-ending cycle of guilt and shame every time you procrastinate? Well, you're not alone! Join the club. Our members are all chronically confused, but hey, at least we're all in this together.
So, here's the thing: the key to stopping procrastination is actually just to start thinking about it more. Like, really think about it. Focus on all the things that go wrong when you procrastinate. Like, "Oh no, I'm going to fail, and everyone will hate me, and I'll never amount to anything." See? Easy peasy, right?
But don't just stop there! Take it to the next level by imagining all the things that could go right if you just got off your bum and did something. Like, "Maybe I'll get it just right, and everyone will love me, and I'll be a rockstar!" Yeah, that's the ticket.
And if that doesn't work, just pretend you're a chicken, and cluck your way to productivity. Trust me, it's a real thing.
