THE SOCK TREATY OF 7-13

A historic agreement between nations, dictating the proper pairing of socks with their respective shoes.

• Article 1: Socks must match the color of the shoes.
• Article 2: No more than 3 socks may be worn at once.
• Article 3: Socks must be made of cotton or a cotton blend.

This treaty has been ratified by the International Sock Association (ISA) and is enforceable by the Sock Police.
