Submandate 4.2: Unnecessary Regulations Edition

By order of the Submandate 4 Council, it is decreed that all citizens must fill out Form 345-B in triplicate for any minor transaction exceeding 5 credits.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Confiscation of all non-essential snacks
• Revocation of privileges to use the public lavatory
• Forced viewing of mandatory educational videos on the history of Submandate 4
