Advanced Linking Techniques
Because your links are so basic, we're here to help you level up your linking game!
A. Relative URLs
Don't be a noob, use relative URLs to link to your subpages, like:
B. Anchor Tags
Link to specific parts of your page with anchor tags, for example:
Scroll to the top of the page, no need to be a hero
Or, if you're feeling lazy, scroll to the bottom, we won't judge
C. Hashbangs
For the really advanced users, try hashbangs, like:
Link with a parameter, because who doesn't love parameters?
D. Pseudo-URLs
And, of course, who needs actual URLs when you can use pseudo-urls, like:
A URL that's almost, but not quite, not actually a URL
E. Fake News
But, let's be real, sometimes you just need to link to fake news, like:
This totally real news report, totally not made up at all
Relative URLs for more info
More fake news, because who needs actual news?
