Welcome to Contest 27b6, the most epic challenge to navigate the depths of our beloved Bureaucracy!

Here's how it works:

1. First, you'll need to fill out Form 345-B/6, which is available in PDF format.
2. Next, you'll need to wait in line for 17 minutes and 32 seconds to receive your assigned Bureaucratic Number, which will be randomly generated by our patented NumberGen algorithm.
3. After that, you'll need to navigate the Obstacle Course, which consists of 12 challenges designed to test your resolve, your patience, and your understanding of our Bureaucratic procedures.
4. Each challenge will be presented to you in a series of OBSTACLE CARDS, which you must navigate using the skills and knowledge you've acquired through our comprehensive Obstacle Course Training Program.
