Subsection A.1: How to Get a Meeting with the Bureaucrat
To schedule a meeting with the Bureaucrat, please fill out Appendix 1: The Bureaucratic Meeting Request Form and submit it to the Bureaucrat's office.

- Fill out the form in triplicate
- Attach a small bribe to the form, if you can
- Submit to the Bureaucrat's office
Subsection B: What to Expect at a Meeting with the Bureaucrat
What to Expect at a Meeting with the Bureaucrat
When you come to a meeting with the Bureaucrat, you will be expected to:
1. Bring a small gift, preferably a box of fine chocolates or a decent bottle of wine.
2. Be on time, or risk being turned away.
3. Speak in a respectful and deferential manner, addressing the Bureaucrat as "Your Excellency".
4. Answer all questions truthfully, even if it's not what they want to hear.
Failure to comply with these expectations may result in Consequences of Noncompliance.
