In the year 2023, the Bureaucratic Union of Nations (BUN) proudly declares that every citizen has the right to be as inefficient as possible in their daily interactions with the government.
This fundamental right is guaranteed to be exercised by all individuals, regardless of their position within the bureaucracy.
Article 9, Section 1: No citizen shall be required to fill out more than two forms in one sitting, unless it is absolutely, positively necessary, in which case, we will provide a third.
