Decree 14: Mandatory Use of Sarcasm

Section 1: Purpose

By the power vested in us, it is decreed that all citizens shall use sarcasm in all official capacities.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to, mandatory attendance at reeducation seminars.

Section 2: Definition

				definition_of_sarcasm = (irony && eye_roller && tongue_in_cheek)

Section 3: Implementation

A new unit, Sarcasm Enforcement Unit (SEU), shall be established to monitor and enforce the use of sarcasm.
