Application for a Parasitic Task Shift

Please submit the following required documents to be considered for a Parasitic Task Shift:

  1. Completed Task Transfer Contract, signed by all parties involved.
  2. A copy of your Parasitic License, issued by the Bureaucracy Regulatory Committee.
  3. A Parasitic Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.
