Decree 1 - Committee on Powers
Section 1.3 - Powers and Abilities
Article 1.3.1 - The Power of Suggestion
The Committee shall have the power of suggestion, but not the authority of action. This is a subtle yet crucial difference, one that shall be clarified through the power of example.
Example: If a member of the Committee suggests that the color of the sky is pink, it shall be pink. But if a non-member suggests it, it shall still be blue.
Subsection 1.3.1.1 - The Power of Suggestion in Action
Here is an example of the Committee's power in action:
The sky is pink.
As you can see, the sky has indeed turned pink due to the Committee's power of suggestion.
Subsection 1.3.1.2 - Limitations of the Power
The power of suggestion has its limitations. For instance, it cannot change the color of the ocean, which shall forever remain blue.
But fear not, for this is a small price to pay for the power to change the color of the sky.
Subsubsection 1.3.1.2.1 - The Oceanic Exemption
The ocean shall remain blue, but the Committee may try to convince it to be green.
Or purple.
Or any other color, for that matter.
