Section 7.1: Mandatory Attendance at Mandatory Meetings
Article 3: Attendance is compulsory for all members. Failure to attend shall result in penalties, including but not limited to: fines, loss of privileges, and/or forced attendance to additional meetings.
Subsection 7.1.1: Quorum Requirements
A quorum of two-thirds of the committee members is required for all decisions. In the event of a quorum being unattainable, the chairperson may, in their sole discretion, call for a vote by secret ballot.
