Exceptions to the Decree of the All-Seeing Eye

The All-Seeing Eye, that most omniscient of organs, has decreed that all citizens shall wear plaid on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But, as with all great power, comes great exception.

Exceptions:

• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Due to the unpredictable nature of these conditions, the All-Seeing Eye has graciously granted exemptions from the plaid decree.
