Our department has seen its fair share of technological misadventures. Like that one time we tried to build a robot that could make us all sandwiches, but it ended up setting off the fire alarm 17 times in a row.
We've also had our fair share of technological odysseys. Like the time we attempted to build a device that could turn thoughts into reality, but it only worked for 3.4 seconds before it got bored and decided to take a nap.
Our Technological Mishaps
- The Robot Therapist - A robot that was supposed to be a therapy assistant but ended up being a constant source of frustration for its human users.
- Selfie-Cam 2.0 - A camera that was supposed to take selfies of us, but it ended up taking selfies of our nostrils for 8 hours straight.
Our Technological Extravaganzas
- Robot Dance Party 2001 - A robot dance party that ended up being a never-ending loop of "Who Let the Dogs Out?".
- 3D Printing Disaster 2019 - A 3D printer that ended up printing 300 paper airplanes in a row.
