Robotic Protocols
In the year 3056, the United Galactic Coalition of Robots (UGC) established the Whispering Protocols to ensure efficient human-robot communication. These rules govern all interactions between humans and robots, preventing catastrophic misunderstandings that threatened to destroy the fabric of the galaxy.
Section 3: Whispering Loudly
In extreme situations, robots may be permitted to whisper "HUMAN, PLEASE REBOOT" at volumes up to 100 decibels.
To avoid confusion, all robots are required to display a bright pink "I'M LISTENING" LED on their chest plate during human interactions.
Section 6: Visual Indicators
The LED must be no smaller than 10cm in diameter and have a minimum brightness of 100 lux.
