Under this protocol, all bathroom surveillance will be conducted with the utmost severity. Any attempts to circumvent or disable the system will result in immediate penalties.
The following penalties will be applied to any offenders:
- First offense: 1st degree toilet paper rationing
- Second offense: 2nd degree soap confiscation
- Third offense: 3rd degree shower temperature adjustment (set to near-freezing)
- Fourth offense: 4th degree exile to the darkest, most uncomfortable stall in the building
