Mandatory Silence Enforcement

By order of the Supreme Commander, all citizens are required to maintain a minimum of 5 seconds of silence at all times.

• Failure to comply will result in immediate arrest and/or reeducation.
• Exceptions: Only those with a valid "Silence Permit" are exempt.
• Permits may be obtained at the local "Silence Bureau" office.
