All felines have the inalienable right to scratch any surface they deem fit. Including, but not limited to:
Exceptions: When the scratching post is within 5 feet of the scratching surface, the feline may choose to use the scratching post instead.
Protocol 2: The Right to be PettedAll felines have the inalienable right to demand treats from their human servants at all times.
