By order of the Galactic Overlord, it is decreed that all sentient beings shall be forced to watch an endless loop of elevator music.

Section 1: The Mandate is Law

Article 1: All beings shall be subjected to the soothing tones of "The Entertainer" by Kevin Edmunds.

Section 2: Penalties for Non-Compliance

Article 2: Failure to comply shall result in the imposition of the dreaded "Torture Chair of Eternal Repetition", where the subject shall be forced to listen to an endless loop of "The Wheels on the Bus" at 3 decibels above maximum.
