Mandate 5, Submandate 5.2

Because One Isn't Enough, Apparently

As decreed by the highest echelons of power, Mandate 5 has been superseded by Submandate 5.2.

Key points of Submandate 5.2 include:

• Article 3, Section 1: Mandatory use of Comic Sans in all official documents.
• Article 7, Section 2: All employees must wear plaid on Fridays.
• Article 9, Section 3: The cafeteria will now serve only Jell-O for lunch, every day.
