Section 4: Bureaucratic Red Tape
Subsection 1: Implementation Plan
In order to properly execute the requirements of Mandate 4-1-1, the following steps must be taken:
- Create a new department specifically for Mandate 4-1-1. This department will be responsible for doing absolutely nothing.
- Staff this department with at least 5 full-time employees who are experts in doing absolutely nothing.
- Establish a complex system of meetings, committees, and subcommittees to discuss the meaning of Mandate 4-1-1.
Subsection 1.1: Meeting Schedule
Meetings will be held daily, weekly, and monthly to discuss the progress (or lack thereof) of Mandate 4-1-1.
Each meeting will consist of at least 2 hours of discussion, 1 hour of coffee, and 1 hour of pointless powerpoint presentations.
Agenda items will include:
- Reading the words of Mandate 4-1-1
- Talking about the meaning of Mandate 4-1-1
- Deciding what we should do about Mandate 4-1-1
