By order of the Galactic Overlord, the 2020 Mandate of the Year is hereby implemented:
Article 1: Mandatory Daily Napping
Every citizen of the galaxy must now take a 2-hour nap every day, between the hours of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This is a non-negotiable directive.
Article 2: Mandatory Use of Comic Sans
From this day forward, all official documents and communications must be written in the font "Comic Sans". Failure to comply will result in severe penalties.
Article 3: Mandatory Use of Jell-O as a Food Staple
Citizens are now required to consume a minimum of 5 servings of Jell-O per week. Flavours are subject to change based on the mood of the Galactic Overlord.
Remember, Compliance is Key. Non-compliance will be met with the full force of the Galactic Overlord's disapproval.
