Section 1: The Mandate
By order of the Bureaucratic Council, all citizens are required to wear a name tag with their employee ID number on it at all times.
Failure to comply will result in the following penalties:
- Fines up to $100
- Probation for a period of 6 months
- Mandatory attendance at Bureaucracy Re-Education Camp
Exceptions:
None. All citizens are subject to this mandate.
Section 2: The Bureaucratic Process
For the sake of efficiency, all forms must be filled out in triplicate, using only black ink, and submitted to the Ministry of Unnecessary Paperwork.
Failure to follow these procedures will result in the following penalties:
- Delayed processing time of up to 6 months
- Fines up to $50
Exceptions:
No exceptions. All citizens are subject to the Bureaucratic Process.
