By the power vested in us, the Council of Mandators decrees that all citizens must wear pants.
Article 1: All citizens are required to don at least one article of clothing made from fabric.
Article 2: The color of said fabric shall be a shade of blue.
Article 3: The fabric shall be woven with the finest polyester threads.
Article 4: All citizens shall wear said pants in public at all times.
Any citizen failing to comply shall be subject to fines, penalties, and/or reeducation.
By order of the Council of Mandators, we command you to don the pants!
