Resolution 2 Implementation

As per meeting minutes, we are pleased to announce the implementation of Resolution 2, which dictates that all meetings henceforth shall have an additional break for "snack time" every 4 hours.

Council members are advised to bring their own snacks. The snacks must be approved by the snack committee (a.k.a. the most discerning palates in the room).

Any attempts to bring a "healthy" option will result in immediate revote.
