For your general annoyance

Here are some tips on how to be a good neighbour, but let's be real, you're probably not going to do any of these things.

• Don't have loud parties, you'll wake me up.
• Don't play your music too loudly, I'm trying to watch Netflix.
• Don't cook fish, it stinks.

And for the love of all things good and holy, don't have a lawn full of plastic flamingos.

But seriously, just be nice.
