The 10-Minute Rule

The 10-Minute Rule: a time management technique that will save you from your own procrastination.

Step 1: Set a timer for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Work on the task without any breaks, no social media, no snacks, no thinking about the meaning of life.

Step 3: When the timer goes off, take a 10-minute break to stare at the wall, think about your feelings, or contemplate the futility of existence.

But wait, there's more!

You can also use the 5-Minute Rule, the 2-Minute Rule, or the 30-Minute Rule, but let's be real, who needs more than 10 minutes to focus?

Try it today, and you'll be the most productive person in the world (or at least in your living room).
